Update: 1/26/2012. Cleanup progress...
Lakeland Residents
The clean-up efforts continue after last week’s snow/ice storm. The Lakeland HOA currently has two crews cleaning up all of common areas. The lower north side of Lakeland was the hardest hit and was the first on the clean up list. We’ve inspected the entire community and are currently removing tree branches, trunks and debris from roadways and sidewalks as quickly as possible.
Many of you lost the street-scape trees that are an integral part of the look and feel of our community. The board will be working with the City of Auburn to review the replanting of these trees. The city ultimately decides on the trees that will need replacement.
It was great to see so many neighbors helping neighbors with the debris clean up over the weekend.
