Reminder - Lakeland HOA Annual Meeting - Monday, February, 27, 2012, 7pm - Lakeland Community Center.
If you are unable to attend, please submit your signed proxy. If you sign and return this Proxy Form, you or any joint owner of your property will have been counted as part of the quorum. A “quorum” is the number of Association members who must be present for any decision made at the meeting to be official. It can be printed, signed and dropped off in the drop box outside the Community Center anytime. Thank you very much.

Lakeland HOA residents who live in Pierce County will be changing their waste pickup vendor from Murrey's Disposal to Waste Management on March 1st. Detailed information should already have been received mailed by The City of Auburn. Those documents are linked on the FAQ page link below. If you would like additional details, please contact the City of Auburn Solid Waste and Recycling Division.
