Is my address in Pierce County or King County? (Updated)
Auburn is one of six cities in Washington State that spans more than one county. If you are East and South of 57th drive and at or above the Dorothy Bothell park and the Community Center, you are probably in Pierce County. Anywhere North of 57th drive would be King County.

If you live in King County, your pickup is scheduled and managed by
If you live in Pierce County, your pickup is scheduled and managed by
Murreys Disposal until Feb 24th, 2012. Will revert to Waste Management from March 1st, 2012. Please call 1-888-806-7048 with any questions on services offered in your area.
Note: Recycling and Yard Waste may incur additional charges

What water services do Lakeland HOA residents have?
Since Lakeland HOA residents live in two of Washington's counties, the source of water and sewer supplier is not the same for both counties.
If your residence is in King County, your water and sewer (click link) is provided by Auburn. 
If your residence is in Pierce County, then your water is supplied by Bonney Lake (click link) and your sewer and irrigation is provided by Auburn.
