With  28 great Neighborhoods and a diverse blend of both single-family and condominium residences and home sites, Lakeland has redefined the term master-planned community. 

Enjoy parks, sports courts and trails threading through acres of open space, as well as a Town Center featuring Top Foods, Starbucks, and dozens of shops that bring convenience to everyday life. 

All properties are governed under the master Lakeland Homeowners Association.

Notice: These Sections provide general information about each neighborhood. Not all neighborhoods have content and some are under construction
  • Single Family Home Sub-Associations  ( 4 items )
    There are 4 neighborhoods that are classified as single family home sub-associations.  These neighborhoods are managed with their own elected Board of Directors, have their own budget, and in some cases a separate set of Rules and Regulations that augment the Lakeland Rules and Regulations.
  • Single Family Homes  ( 14 items )
    There are 14 single family home neighborhoods, governed by the Lakeland HOA Board of Directors.  As such, there is no neighborhood page for these neighborhoods, but if an administrator volunteers, any of these neighborhoods could implement a page of content as the sub-associations have.  Their Management Company is Pinnacle Realty and Management.  Click the link just below to see the list of neighborhoods that are in this category in our Lakeland Community.
  • Townhomes/Condos  ( 10 items )
    There are 10 neighborhoods that are classified as townhomes or condominiums sub-associations. These neighborhoods are managed with their own elected Board of Directors, have their own budget, and in some cases a separate set of Rules and Regulations that augment the Lakeland Rules and Regulations.
